School pride and state honors were up for grabs as high school swimming and diving teams from across Nebraska competed for boys' and girls' state titles on the "NSAA High School Swimming and Diving Championships" broadcast Saturday, Feb. 28, beginning at 11 a.m. CT on NET1 and in high-definition on NET-HD.
Calling the action of the four-hour competition -- telecast live from the Bob Devaney Sports Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln -- was sportscaster Larry Punteney, with former University of Nebraska women's swim coach Ray Huppert and former All-Big 8 Nebraska swimmer Matt Rye providing color commentary.
Videotaped segments of diving competitions, held the preceding day, are also included in the program.
